I was first diagnosed with leukemia in 2009 at the age of 8, Katie and the rest of the ASK foundation made me feel welcome from the beginning from my first diagnosis to my relapse in 2018, up until now. I've made so many wonderful close friends, and because of childhood cancer I met them and I'm grateful I did. For that reason, I shine a light for me, and to keep on the memory of the friends I've lost from cancer and the ones I still have around.
