I was diagnosed with yolk sac cancer in February of 2001. I am fortunate enough to have gone 24 years cancer free and even to have the opportunity to help and advocate for children and families who are going through this difficult time. The home provided will actually be my parents’ primary residence. My parents moved into this home due to their growing family in December 2000. Our lives were changed forever just a few short months later. This home holds so many joyful memories that would have not been possible without the amazing doctors and resources that we were fortunate enough to have.
